    To ensure maximum effectiveness and professional results, AIR2 SAN operates in three stages:

     

    1 - In the first stage, during the electrostatic discharge process, AIR2 SAN converts the oxygen (O2) in the air inside the car cabin into ozone (O3) and releases it into the car cabin in a controlled (not simply time-limited) unidirectional flow. This stage is more effective and safer because the air intake into the device passes through a filter, preventing solid particles from entering the ozone generator.

    This ensures a longer life for the generator and also avoids the formation of nitric acid that occurs when foreign bodies enter the O2 -> O3 conversion chamber.

     

    2 - The second stage of operation is the disinfection process, during which the AIR2 SAN microprocessor, based on the parameters measured by the sensors, maintains the necessary amount of ozone and determines the duration of the procedure required to destroy mold, viruses, and bacteria as required by medical standards. The automatic operation completely eliminates the possibility of human error.

     

    3 - In contrast to other manufacturers, TEXA has also introduced a third stage in the device's operation. This is a reverse cycle in which ozone, using the catalyst, is converted back into oxygen. Ozone is a gas harmful to health, so it is important that at the end of the operation, its quantity in the car is minimal. This is important to protect not only the car users but also the personnel exposed to the car cabin atmosphere each time the doors are opened after the procedure.
