The equipment frame is fully hot-dip galvanized. All motors, gears, pulleys, and sensors are located in the equipment housing structure, protecting them from adverse weather conditions. The electric motors driving the pulleys and birches rotation movements are equipped with frequency converters, extending their service life and operational costs. The vertical brushes are moved with electronic sensors, ensuring proper pressure on the vehicle's surface. All equipment is controlled and monitored from the main control panel. The automation technology is provided with a microprocessor that controls the brush movements depending on the type of vehicle. 9 washing programs that can be supplemented by the operator, controllable on a Touch screen display. Electronic frequency converters allow controlling and changing the washing speed depending on the vehicle type. Precise and economical supply of water and chemical detergents.
Brushes: Material - HD Polyamide, diameter 1000 mm, 16-section horizontal brush, 22 x 2-section vertical brushes.
