STAHLWERK FLUX 100 M cored wire welder with synergic wire feed
Designed for use in wind and weather, the FLUX flux-cored welder achieves first-class welding results even under adverse weather conditions thanks to its powerful 100 amps. State-of-the-art IGBT technology of the latest generation ensures excellent welding properties at high welding speeds. Flux-cored welding is based on a similar process to MIG MAG welding with the difference that no shielding gas needs to be supplied. Compared to shielding gas welding units, the FLUX welding unit is therefore much cheaper to maintain. Due to the compact dimensions, the low weight and the fact that no shielding gas is required, the welding device is particularly suitable for mobile use on construction sites, assembly or DIY.
- Flux-cored wire welding (FLUX) - welding without shielding gas. Flux-cored wire welding is based on a similar process to MIG MAG welding with the difference that no shielding gas needs to be supplied in this process.
- Synergic wire feed - The wire feed speed is controlled fully automatically via the welding current.
- IGBT technology - Latest generation transistor technology enables highest power and duty cycle (ED) at full power! No transformer, no MOSFET, state-of-the-art IGBT!
- Light & compact design - Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology. No more heavy carrying!
- Highest Efficiency & Power - Single-phase AC power (230 V) supplies the unit and allows an output power of real 100 Amps.
- Smart Cooling & Overheat Protection - State-of-the-art technology, built-in overheat protection and high-performance cooling allow the unit to deliver maximum power.
- Wire spool - Commercially available wire spools from 0.45 kg to 1 kg can be processed here. The spool mandrel can accommodate 16 mm spools.
- Wire drive roller - by simply changing the drive roller from 0.6 mm - 0.8 mm and 0.8 mm - 1.0 mm, different wire thicknesses of 0.6 mm / 0.8 mm / 0.9 mm / 1.0 mm can be used.
