Compact Inverter type MIG MAG welding machine with synergic technology.
Powerful microprocessor controls synergic processes, automatically setting welding process parameters due to changes in wire speed. The operator only needs to select the type of metal and wire diameter. Synergy can be turned off (manual mode) to freely control all welding parameters.
1) 11 pre-set programs allow the operator to weld all types of most common metals, such as: aluminum-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, high tensile steel, and self-protected flux-cored welding on steel without gas shielding. 1 manual program for all wires and diameters.
2) Three different types of torch with Euro connection:
Standard torch recommended for welding solid steel wires, titanium steel wires, stainless steel wires, and self-shielded no gas wires.
Spool gun torch with synergy control device on the handle, needed for silicon (Si) / magnesium (Mg) - aluminum wires.
Torch with synergy control device on the handle, recommended for CuSi3 brazing and welding wires for welding galvanized metal sheets.
3) Timer on one side for welding on overlapped metal sheets.
4) Continuous adjustment electronic inductor: allows, while maintaining the same welding current, to change the welding penetration and significantly reduce spatter.
5) Synergic adjustment of welding current for the required metal deposition. Wire control in manual settings.
6) Fine adjustment of welding current (+/- 20%), as specified by synergy. Welding current adjustment in manual settings.

AMP and inductor settings can also be adjusted during welding operation.
