    1-phase TIG AC/DC welding inverter 160 A

TIG welding inverter with microprocessor control, provides TIG, TIG pulse, MMA welding processes DC and AC/DC with HF (high frequency) and LIFT ARC ignition. Ideal choice for all professionals to achieve the highest welding quality.

    Advantages:

    • MMA DC welding with various types of electrodes
    • AC/DC TIG process for welding various materials: steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, bronze, nickel (DC), aluminum, magnesium, and their alloys (AC) with thickness up to 4.5 mm
    • Built-in hot start for easier electrode ignition
    • Adjustable welding current strength
    • Anti-stick function
    • AC easy: Frequency (Hz) and balance (%) are automatically adjusted depending on the set welding parameters
    • Pulse: Welding current pulsation is excellent for welding thin materials where overheating is not acceptable, and can weld in any position
    • Easy Pulse: Pulse frequency (Pulse Hz) and current (%) are automatically adjusted depending on the set welding parameters
    • BI-LEVEL: two different current settings during the welding process, very useful for complex welding, e.g. when changing material thicknesses
    • TIG HF/TIG striking: high-frequency arc ignition/LIFT ARC ignition
    • 2T (manual welding): Torch button pressed and held to weld, welding stops when releasing the torch button
    • 4T (automatic welding): Torch button pressed and released to start welding and continues welding until the button is pressed and released again
    • SPOT: welding stops after a set time period
    • Program storage: Saving welding parameters for future use, can store 9 different programs.

Adjustable parameters of TIG welding process:

    • Ø mm: Selection of non-melting electrode diameter, depending on which the device will choose the current strength.
    • PREGAS: Pre-gas time adjustment.
    • SLOPE-UP: Regulation of current rise from the beginning (arc start) to the set value (I amp).
    • I(amp): Main welding current regulation.
    • (%) I: In “Pulse” and “4T” modes, regulates the base welding current, expressed as a percentage of the main welding current.
    • SLOPE-DOWN: Time during which, when releasing the torch button, the welding current decreases from the main value to the final value for a qualitative process completion.
    • I(amp): Main welding current regulation.
    • POSTGAS: Adjustment of gas delivery time at the end of welding.
    • PULSE (Hz): Regulation of current pulsation frequency in “TIG PULSE” mode.
    • BALANCE (%): In TIG A/C mode, regulates the ratio of positive and negative wave duration. Low balance values promote increased penetration depth of the arc as well as reducing electrode wear.
    • FREQUENCY (Hz): In TIG A/C mode, regulates the welding current frequency. The higher the frequency value, the more concentrated the arc will be, and vice versa.
    • T (SPOT): Regulates welding duration in spot welding mode
