The WHB18D is a simple headlight test / adjustment device that allows precise headlight adjustment without difficulty. This mechanical device is equipped with a mirror visor, high-precision digital light meter.
Equipped with a steel construction on wheels and a sliding system with precise self-lubricating nylon sliders with a fixed base, which provides durability and easy movement on any surface.
