Professional HSS cobalt metal drill bit set with 19 drill bits ranging in diameter from 1 to 10 mm, designed for precise and efficient drilling of hard and difficult-to-machine metals. The drill bits are made of M35 HSS high-speed steel with a 5% cobalt addition, providing high wear resistance, thermal resistance and a longer service life compared with standard HSS drill bits.
The cobalt addition makes the drill bits particularly suitable for working with stainless steel, chrome-nickel steels, high-alloy and hard metals, as well as other difficult-to-machine materials.
The drill bits are fully ground, ensuring precise drilling geometry and good dimensional accuracy. The 135° split point makes it easier to centre the drill bit on the material surface and reduces the need for pre-punching a centre mark. It also helps start drilling more efficiently and reduces the risk of drill bit wandering.
The drill bits’ HRC 65–67 hardness provides high wear resistance, while the amber-coloured finish helps protect the drill bit surface and reflects its professional design.

Application
