AdBlue dispensing nozzle with meter
The electronic oval gear flow meter is designed for precise control of AdBlue® (AUS32) filling and dispensing. The meter is equipped with a durable plastic housing, oval gears made of PPS and PTFE materials, and a plastic control nozzle with an automatic anti-drip tip.
The device is designed for use in AdBlue® transfer and dispensing systems where electronic recording of the filled liquid quantity is required. The flow meter provides a flow range of 1–20 l/min and a declared measurement accuracy of ±0,5%.
The flow meter housing is made of IXEF material with high-density glass-fibre filler, providing good mechanical strength. The gears of the internal measuring mechanism are made of PPS and PTFE, which are suitable for use with AdBlue®.
The flow meter has a 1/2" BSP (M) stainless steel swivel inlet connection, making hose positioning easier during operation. The outlet section is made of stainless steel and equipped with an automatic anti-drip tip, which helps prevent AdBlue® dripping after filling.
Important: this flow meter is not approved for use in fiscal transactions; therefore, its readings are not intended as fiscally verifiable measurements for commercial transactions.
