Cooling system service machine for internal combustion, hybrid and electric vehicle engines

EWS 3800 is a professional dual-mode unit for servicing the cooling systems of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. It combines coolant flushing and replacement for internal combustion engines with specialised cooling system testing and filling functions for electric and hybrid vehicles.

In WS mode, the unit performs coolant flushing and replacement by connecting in series between the radiator and the engine. The integrated 3000 W heater helps speed up the service process, while the flow meters allow the fluid flow and condition to be monitored.

EV mode is intended for the cooling systems of electric and hybrid vehicles. It enables leak-tightness tests using pressure or vacuum, vacuum generation and system filling under vacuum. The integrated electric pump ensures precise restoration of the coolant level.
