With the BRILLIANT TOOLS telescope internal spring compressors BT651010 you can replace the chassis springs without dismantling the axle (possible exceptions).
The spring compressor equipped with spindle overload protection is designed for use with an impact screwdriver. With the 3-point locking mechanism, it is only possible to tension the springs if the pressure plates are correctly inserted. Meanwhile, the pressure plates are prevented from rotating.
The drive has an opening of 24 mm. In the case that the overload protection prevents damage to the spindle, the spring compressor can be manually released again with an auxiliary drive with an opening of 14 mm. With the telescope construction, the length of the internal spring compressor changes during tensioning. In this way, you can change the springs in many cases without having to dismantle the axle. To do this with, for example, the wishbones, a hole diameter of at least 45 mm is required
