Turn the control dial to the second or third position, unless very low heat levels are desired. These two positions satisfy most stapling applications.
Use:
Lay staple over the desired location and apply gentle pressure. Push the button on the handle, then release once the staple is at the desired depth. Allow to cool slightly. Pull back and the
staple will remain in the plastic. Clip off the staple with the supplied diagonal cutter. When clipping off the staple prongs, wear eye protection and cup your hand over the staple to prevent the clipped wire from becoming a projectile.
