Fully functional air conditioning and climate control systems training stand installed on a mobile aluminum frame. This training stand - simulator is specially designed to help students better understand the CLIMAtronic electronic air conditioning and climate control system. The educational training stand is based on Audi/VW OEM components. The integrated air conditioning and climate control system demonstrates various operating modes.
The training stand simulator is an excellent educational tool that allows students to learn the structure of air conditioning and climate control systems, explore their components, and perform various measurements, tests, and other diagnostic procedures using diagnostic scanning tools or other specialized instruments and equipment.
Technical specifications and functions:
Integrated electronic air conditioning system with climate control (Climatronic) and expansion valve;
Control of air conditioning and climate control system operating modes;
Visually observable HVAC compressor, electromagnetic compressor clutch, and their operating modes;
With the installed manometer, it is possible to control the distribution of R134a refrigerant pressure on the high and low-pressure sides (circuits);
Visually observable HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) blend door with its operating modes;
Visually observable operation of air flow flaps;
It is possible to monitor and control changes in parameters of each system component on the stand:
- Air flow fan speed
- Air flow flap position
- Interior (cabin) temperature
- R134a refrigerant pressure changes depending on the cooling radiator fan speed
- Temperature changes rate depending on the air flow radiator fan speed
- Air flow flap position according to operating modes: defrost, fresh air recirculation or footwell delivery.
The training stand includes a diagram with light-emitting diodes showing the operation modes of the outputs and valves;
The stand is equipped with an electrical wiring diagram with built-in banana plug connectors for measuring and simulating system error codes;
Capability to simulate over 15 system errors by disconnecting electrical connectors. It is possible to monitor variable operating modes of each system component;
The training stand also has a voltmeter. It displays the voltage of the system's electronic components:

The integrated thermometer shows temperature changes depending on the R134a refrigerant pressure.
