    Tubeless tyre inflation device with a 12-litre tank, designed for the rapid seating of the tyre bead onto the rim of cars, vans and larger 4x4 vehicles. It is particularly useful when the conventional air supply through the tyre valve is insufficient for the tyre bead to reach the rim edge and create the required seal.

    Compressed air is stored in the device’s 12-litre tank and then released rapidly in a large volume between the tyre bead and the rim. The powerful burst of air helps seat the tyre bead quickly and create a seal, after which the tyre can be inflated to the required pressure.

    The device is suitable for tyres up to 47", so it can be used not only for passenger car tyres, but also for van and larger 4x4 vehicle tyre servicing.

    Use

    1. Mount the tyre onto the rim.
    2. Fill the device tank with compressed air.
    3. Position the device outlet nozzle at the gap between the tyre bead and the rim.
    4. Open the air supply, ensuring a rapid release of compressed air.
    5. The burst of air presses the tyre bead against the rim and helps create a seal.
    6. After seating the bead, inflate the tyre with a tyre inflation device to the required pressure.

    The recommended working pressure in the device tank is 6.0–7.6 bar. The maximum permissible pressure is 22 bar. Under no circumstances should the device’s maximum permissible pressure be exceeded.
