Sandblasting - cold abrasive metal surface treatment by cleaning its surface with sand or other abrasive powder by spraying it with an air jet. In the sandblasting process, sand particles are accelerated from the sandblasting device using compressed air energy. This equipment operates on the principle of suction action, where air is used not only to create the jet, but also to feed the abrasive material from the container to the nozzle according to the injection principle (without using pressure) with abrasive material recirculation.
The equipment is easy to operate and maintain;
Does not require special working environment conditions (fields, buildings, etc.) for its installation and operation;
Equipped with 2 side doors for processing long parts, a camera surveillance window, with a dirty air filter, internal working gloves, internal lighting, air pressure regulator and manometer, polyurethane air supply tube, injector abrasive jet gun with foot pedal drive and with a spare set of ceramic nozzles 4, 5, 6, 7mm.
Repeated use of abrasive material;
Operator does not require special protective clothing.
